Staff of the KU Molecular Probes Core facility can assist with probe design, synthesis, conjugation, imaging, data acquisition, data analysis, and interpretation of digital images and video. The MPC offers custom synthesis of known and novel fluorescent probes, assay development services, archiving of microscopy data, and image analysis. On-site housing of multiple strains of zebrafish, and the production of embryos and larvae for screening campaigns, is available.
